Default Always Double Barrel?

Live 7.50/15 game.

I open KhJh MP, button calls.

Flop 974 two clubs. Bet...call.

Turn 3 of clubs. Bet always? Sometimes? Whats the reasoning behind it? I'm concerned that not C-betting the turn enough is becoming a leak for me....so I'm asking for advice/opinions.

You have left out basically the only piece of information required to answer this question.

But, I will add, I think we should be betting here about 2/3 of the time.
