Default Retracting my endorsement of XM Radio

They say no commercials, and for 2 years I get no commercials in my music. Suddenly there are commercials for all kinds of [censored] like hypnotherapy and mystery shopping? WTF? I can get commercials for free, I'm not paying to listen to that [censored].

Last I saw, Sirius is still commercial free. Anyone having any problems with their Sirius unit?

Mine's fantastic. Stern has a 9AM-1PM replay going, so I don't miss the 6AM ET beginning of the show, and I'm still commercial free WRT music. The other stuff has minimal ads, though.

Sirius is commercial free for their music channels but not for their talk channels.

There are commercials on Howard's channels.

No problems with my Sirius unit so far.

This is the way XM has been for years, until recently.

XM took away its best music station by far (51, Music Lab) for no apparent reason. [censored] XM. [censored] them to hell.

been thinking about taking the Satellite plunge and from what I gather, Sirius is the way to go. ability to hear Stern in all his uncensored glory seals the deal imo.

It's still available online. But yeah it sucks that you can't get it in the car any more.
