dude, a lunch date? you can't do that. If you take her out for lunch she'll probably be confused about your intentions. Read: possible friend zoning.
Drinks are much better. Take her to drinks and if she accepts find a way to touch her. Then your intentions are clear. From there just be funny and cocky. If she's interested then she'll do the rest of the work for you. And if she's not you're a loser.
