Default Flopped nut straight vs lag with 2-flush

Ok, I need help with a line to maximize EV without letting laggy here hit a flush if thats what he's drawing to, or chop with a straight if a A or T hits and he completes...

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $51.15
BB: $24.15
UTG: $21.45
Hero (BTN): $54.75

Reads: <font color="blue">Villain is 64/20/1.3 over 85 hands</font>

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.00</font>, SB folds, BB calls $0.75

Flop: ($2.10) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $2.00</font>, BB calls $2.00

Turn: ($6.10) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero????

Do I shove? That was my temptation, but probably better just to pot it right? Or do I get cute, fire a small bet and hope he raises over the top?

Best line?
