Just a line check, please. I kinda got nervous after he called my bet on the flop b/c i thought he might have an over pair to my jacks. I think the quality of my play sort of begins to decline when that happens, any ways I could've played this better? Thanks

I would probably bet the turn and hopefully get a call from a ten. I wouldnt worry about an overpair until i get raised. I would play the river the same way once the king comes.

Bet the turn for sure, he's more likely on a draw that hasn't gotten there or a ten than an overpair. Charge him for that while you have the best hand. And if he checks river, I might even valuebet if he's the type to make a crying call with a ten.

Yeah- I agree with you guys in retrospect. I kinda whimped on the turn, I guess. Any other comments?

Preflop make it $2.5
Flop a bit more like $5
valuebet that turn $12 / call a shove
if you are not all in on the turn - be it on the river!

Just another thought: I didn't think I could really put him on a hand as weak as anything with a ten. AT, KT, QT are def too weak to call 2 bets cold from the sb, which contributed to my fear of an over to my jacks. Thoughts?

Ive seen bad players call with any broadway cards out of the SB. Anyway, he could have a ten plus the flush draw in this hand. Also wouldnt QQ - AA raise here most of the time.

I don't think you can assume that at these stakes. I see people call big preflop raises from the blinds with all kinds of trash and would not at all be surprised to see AT or even KTs or something.
