So my epassporte account has been locked for over 2 months now. In my last furious email I began it with "I don't have the credit card you keep requesting, it doesn't exist anymore" and also included a voided check. Their reply, which I got 2 weeks later because I check real email addresses and not some [censored] epassporte message center, asked me again for a scan of the card and a voided check.

I finally talk to a supervisor on the phone and she tells me that I need to go to my bank and get proof of this. Also I changed my permanent address with the DMV on my license so that it would match up with everything, and even though I sent in a scan of my license, another credit card, my costo card, my phone and cable bill, and a voided check they still can't verify who I am so I can get my own money out.
