For some reason bad players love to bluff when the board pairs. IMO, he could easily be doing this with any King, or worse. He is also calling with any K... so...

Are you sure he will call with a K? Also if he is on a bluff isnt it better to call and let him bluff on river again?

you say they like to bluff, yet you say shove allowing villain to get max value when you're beat and fold when you're ahead.
Don't get me wrong, if he has a king all the money is going in on the river if he checks to us, and we will probably call a push too. Someone tell me a reason to push other than value out of a king, because we are getting value out of a king no matter what on the river. |

ok so there is really only 2 scare cards left in the deck. If you do just call and river comes an 8 he pushes and shows 88 then thats just bad luck, because if he is bluffing he will bluff the river as well.
