Bitch sold me a broken tv

So I talked this chick on Craigslist in to selling me this 24" Trintron for $115. I show up and pick it up (shes hot) and now I get this thing home and the whole right side of the screen's colors are all messed up.

So is what is the next logical step here, do I just show up at her place? She has to let me in chances she just won't answer the buzzer? I mean she had to know it was [censored] broke. Its pretty obvious.

Anyhow I think my only recourse at this point is demanding $115 worth of blow jobs. Thoughts?

Contact her and ask for a refund...I think face to face would make it harder for her to dodge/make excuses.

To be honest, you don't deserve a refund because you apparently didnt test it out...seriously, how hard would that have been?

It honestly didn't even occur to me that it might be broken, she assured me several times via e-mail that it was in perfect working order.

I guess I have too much faith in human decency or something.

you didnt try the tv before you took it?

did you ask her if it worked properly or did her ad say it did?

This has been covered elsewhere in the thread but summary is no I assumed the hot 21 year old girl would not be lying to my face about the TV. Didn't really seem like a very likely scammer.

This is where you went wrong. Hot women are more likely to lie to you because they think they can get away with it(and they often do). Why men fall for hot womens' BS has to do with biology and psychology and is for another discussion. Just know to be on your guard.

Learning this will save you from a lot of hurt in the future.
