By bet\3 betting you are making sure that both of your retarded opponents (and thats the only description we get about anyone who ever played with Pokerbob) will face two bets at a time on the cheap street. If we check raise only UTG will have to call 2. I'd like to put a little more action on the flop to make sure that i did everything to protect my hand.

I CO's pissing match wont end pre-flop then I'd lead out on the flop so you can experience the pure pleasure of the 3-bet. If he can't be guaranteed to protect your hand then I prefer that you c/r the field.
PS: why did you slow down pre-flop?
