I play 55 and 66 identical to villain. And 56 sometimes. Yes, he shoulda raised all 3 of those on flop, but still.

I think you get owned here enough times for this to be -EV.

I have a brain and I fold a lot of mid pairs as villain.

i like. obviously you do this sometimes w/ aces, kings, etc. to make this more effective.

I think that he folds a lot even if he has a weakish king or mid pair. If you just bet again 100% here it seems pretty bad and leaves you open to the float like you said.

I think this line reps a nut type hand or a draw well and a thinking opponent probably knows one pair doesn't fair well against this range.

I like it. Double barreling gets floated again by too much crap on that board and u trap bluff $$$ [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
If it's a Q or A nonheart then I'd rather fire turn.
