We're about 80% sure our hand will still be best after turn. There would be ~40 in the pot so if villain leads turn 1/2 his stack will be in. Now he's committed and may not realize it.

I don't think we're 3betting because we're worried about villain sucking out on us.

It's more a matter of a card coming off that kills our action. If opponent has AK here, for example, let's just get it in now when he's drawing almost dead.

If we call on the flop and a club rolls off, maybe he'll get cold feet and then we've let him off the hook.
