What\'s the story with this .gif?
Sorry if this has been posted, but I feel like I really need to know what's going on in this gif? Anyone have a link to a clip with sound? Wasted too many minutes of my life watching it every time someone uses it as an avatar.

No, infact I heard it the first time like 7 years ago (guy who did the sound is from Sweden, as am I, so it started spreading here first). I just didn't know that gif had anything to do with it. And when you've heard that tune every now and then for almost a decade, well...
