Default What if players names were Player1, Player2, etc?

If every time you sat down you would be assigned a name based on your seat, so player1, player2, players3, etc.. This would make people pay attention and only hurt the 10+ tablers. This would stop the tracking programs that have hurt the qualtiy of the games since they came in existance. It would also have to give some cushion for when someone leaves a table so you know if the fish or shark has left or moved seats. I know I would try it out if a site offered it.

I wish they would do this. Simple solution to end the poker aid programs.

Excellent idea, but I think they should randomly reassign seats and rename the players each hand. Why wait???

How is this a good idea?

I don't seem to be having any problems with "tracking programs."

Can't even get past the first level I see.

In response to the OP: part of the game of poker is adapting your play based on another person's play. In live games everyone doesn't wear a mask and change it every time they play. There's nothing wrong with knowing who a player is, and also, all the major sites allow PAHUD and PT.
