This is a push, even against a nit. Top set in a blind battle is the nuts. He'll have the flush sometimes, but he'll also have QQ/AK/AQ/AJ a lot, especially since all ace hands gives him the NFD as well. The pot is big enough to win now, another heart either hurts our action or lets him draw out, and we don't know his river bluffing frequency .
