Um, I think this depends on what the villain plays like... but since your line doesn't really make any sense I'm gonna go with spew.
Villain only has to call $200 to win a $780 pot, so unless you have a strong read he can make that kind of fold your line is obviously bad. He's never folding a flush/boat and lots of people (especially those that would minraise flop and half pot turn + river) wouldn't fold just about anything here. For this to be +EV it needs to work 357/(357 + 272 + 150) = 46% of the time, and I don't think it will.

It's nice that you can't ever be bluffing, but you have to consider villain's range as well.
You can't just assume that villain has air >50% of the time on all streets.
