FWIW, all gutterballs are not alike (QT has an over to the flop as well, which could influence Villain).

And you've got one now as well, along with some other murky outs, but Villain checkraised big enough that I guess you should fold.

One reason I hesitate to do so is that folding a hand as good as an overpair here just because someone check-called and then checkraised is potentially very exploitable (especially if you're betting the turn with any regularity). But, as I mentioned in some thread earlier this week, check-calling and then checkraising the turn exclusively with big hands is exploitable in its own way.
