Anyone Having Problems Sending Email to Fulltilt Support?

I keep getting this error: Diagnostic-Code: smtp;554 Transaction failed

I checked the help section and it says it has something to do with AOL not accepting any email from gmail. What does AOL have to do with FullTilt?
