I hate him less after his reaction to the "great/good" question somebody asked.
He just comes off like that guy who tries a little too hard/cares to much in a pick-up game. Settle down dude. While he's kinda dislikable for hard to indentify reasons, people attempting to make up reasons (see: he's not humble 'cause he called somebody "son") are silly. Just admit he gives you bad vibes before being a doorknob.

Probably because he looks like the Predator. Mostly I just don't think he's that good, though, and he's going to get picked way higher than he should. He doesn't bother me that much, all things considered.
My ultimate nightmare right now is the Celtics getting the 4th pick (*puke*), not trading it, and drafting Noah.

I was really down on Noah's draft stock, but he looks like he's put on a good deal of weight this year. If he can keep doing that, he gets a touch more viable. Can't imagine he's the 4th pick though.

I think Noah could be a decent NBA player, with even an upside as a Tayshaun Prince-type of guy. Getting him mid to late first round would be awesome.
However, he'll almost definitely go top 8.

Noah and Prince are horrible comps, beyond both being slender and playing decent D. Prince can shoot, Noah can't.
Noah is that Sideshow Bob dude from the Cavs. I think that's probably about where he'll end up.

Yeah Varejao is a solid comparison (came up in another thread somewhere), but don't think the Prince comparison is horrible. I almost wrote in my OP "but with less O but potentially better passer". Defensively Noah does a lot of similar things as Prince. Weak side help, disrupt wing play.
FWIW, I just checked nbadraft.net and they project him as Tyson Chandler with a better bball IQ.
