Some of this advice seems crazy in my eyes. TT is a premium hand and should be played as such. Surely a raise to 3x (maybe 4-5x but this generally screams of a pair looking to closed the action) is the best play then assess the flop accordingly.
You most likely have the best hand and in these situations you want the chips in the pot. It is tricky to play TT post flop when overs hit but this then comes down to your skill and any reads you have on peoples usual preflop range. |
