A question about the rules of dominoes.

If I don't have a play, I must draw from the reserve pieces. Can I draw from the reserve even if I have a playable piece?

If you get caught doing it (even by accident) and someone notices (which they will) you forfeit that particular game.

we play 4 way with 2 partners, the first to draw gives the other team 25 points and then whoever goes out adds up the 3 others points and adds them to their score to 500. kinda basic but some of the kids are mad cocky about their "skills".
