Default PokerDream?

They are direct emailing their solicitation for stock sales. How many laws in the US does that violate? Has anyone bought any shares? If I remember correctly, they have had tournies for shares and some 2+2 players have won them.

I've read this post and the linked page. I have no idea what is going on. Is it an online poker room that you can buy ownership in?

An interesting aside, here are some facts from the site linked:
EPS (earnings per share): 4.78
Shares Outstanding: 106,089
Total Revenue to date: $506,738.83 (Since March 2006)

So if you back out the earnings that comes to $507,105.42. Notice that earnings (which ought to be an annual number since it comes from EPS) are more than revenue (which is explicitly a number that encompasses 14+ months of operations). That's a neat little trick.

yes, it appears that they are soliciting for shares. If they are violating the law by running a poker site, why not violate the securities laws?
