The thing is that you probably have something like 29% equity, so if you can induce the button to break when he would have stood pat better than you, even like 1/10 of the time or whatever, you have a winning play.

But as I noted earlier, since he just finished drawing multiple cards and is aggressive, it's a little too easy for him to show up with a draw or a jack or something here and I think the 3bet isn't quite worth the investment.
