Just to add some info into the fry ketchup/mayo discussion,
Every single burger place in Idaho and Utah with no exceptions serves fry sauce which is more or less a 50-50 blend of ketchup and mayo. this practice bleeds a bit into washington, colorado, montana et al, but it is absolutely standard in idaho and utah. lack of accessible fry sauce is really holding in and out back imo. |
