4bet Squeezaments, proper range?

3-better here is Chargers in 07 who I have at 12/10/4, other guys in the hand are standard afternoon weakish players, 15-18/4-8ish. What's everyones minimum 4bet shoving range here? Keep in mind my personal raising range is huge in any position but I raise those at the wider end of the spectrum very randomly. So don't automatically put me on premiums.
