NL200; Folding bottom Set on the flop??

BB is a donk and i have never seen him 3 bet since i sat down at the table so i put him on a big pair or aq, ak.... i was planning to get it all in with him. but when original raiser shoved all in it got me scared there... he's 150bb deep and his stats are 19/16 over 2k hands, me and him have been 3 betting ALOT on the other tables. there's one hand where i 3 bet with 1010 and he cold call with AA and the flop came 10 high and he CRAI and lost with AA. do you guys think this fold is good in the long run?

seriously though I think he's semi-bluffing tons of hands here that you crush; I wouldn't fold

and you really only seriously fear higher sets and sets are hard to make

his range is way wider than that. and there are only very few combos of 77 and 88.

You can't fold here; too many draws, 2pairs, the pots too big and BB has an overpair.

the only time i fold this, is when my huge boner i get when i see all this action, smashes my mouse, causing me to timeout.
