If you already got your money to play with whats the difference when it hits your bank account?

[/ QUOTE ]

If it doesn't work quickly when I deposit, then it probably will not work quickly when I withdraw. I just want an easy and fast method. I also want to make sure that they took the money from the correct account, so that I can feel confident that withdrawals will go to the correct account as well.

I deposited so I can withdraw with that method (see a few posts above in this thread).

I want the deposit to show up so I know my bank accepts the processor, etc. so I can withdraw using e-check back into my bank account.

Mine took 2 business days to hit my account. I only did a $25 PS's deposit to get it established, so I could cash out thru the eCheck.

What date did you cashout? Back in the day these would show up at 7 am so 1.45 hours for me. I'll report in if I run good.

[ QUOTE ]
Hello xxxxx,

You're unable to make an Echeck deposit at this time because your routing account number has been black listed with our Echeck processor. This was made in error and has affected a number of genuine customers. We have addressed the problem with our Echeck processor. They are working to fix this as soon as possible.

Please try to make an Echeck deposit again later or if you'd like to make a deposit right now I can suggest that you visit our web site to view our other available deposit options:

http://www.pokerstars.com/realmoney.html.

If you'd like to know more about another deposit option or you have any other questions, please email us again any time and we'll be happy to help you.

Best Regards,

damn wtf is this

anyways, I deposited with eChecks successfully.

I now have a pending cashout with eChecks (it was approved immediately though which was nice). Then I received an email a day or two later that said the transfer has gone through but that it can take up to 7 business days to hit my bank account. This was on the 24th, so I'm not worried or anything, but if this blacklisted [censored] happens to me I'm gonna be pissed.

are these like normal EFTs from neteller? from what i read, it sounds like people had them being charged to their bank accounts immediately.

i don't have much $ in my chking account right now, but i'm going to deposit some of my live bankroll tomorrow into my account. will i be ok to use e-checks right now?

PokerStars Response:

Hello XXXXX,

I apologize for the misinformation you have received regarding the time
frames. The eCheck cash outs are to be credited to your bank account
within 3 to 5 business days of the date we release them. The oldest cash
out you requested was processed on August 25th on our end which means you
should already have the credit.

I will have our payments department look into this delay in order to
determine the status of your cash out.

Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

Gabriel

Default **NOT** A success story

Summary:

Deposit cleared, reflected in Bank statement

Cashout processed but never hit the bank ( BoFA).

Eventually some guy gets to investigating it, and says, "missing cashout" and " NO TIMEFRAME".

No updates, or explanations yet. Either they dont know or dont want to reveal, or I'm just spoiled and expect answers too fast.

Barebones, he is what happened.

It had been over 7 days since you have sent me this confirmation report, but I have received no funds in my checking account yet.

Can you keep me updated about whats going on and why its taking so long, especially since this is a recent feature.

Additionally this is the most relevant feature that the service set you offer is better than that of the competitors. I'd appreciate to be kept in the know of how its panning out, and what the expected time frames are.

Thanks again
XXXX

ps: The statement "This amount is now available in your ECHECK account balance" is highly misleading

Hello XXXX,

Thank you for your email. Please understand that it takes from 3 to 5
business days for your eChecks cashouts to be credited to your account
after being processed. These funds should be credited later today or
tomorrow.

Please allow until tomorrow for your funds to be credited. If not, please
contact us again.

This is [censored], looks like you and I are in the same boat.

The 3-5 days has passed for me as well (as you can see in my previous post). I also made another, larger withdrawal a few days after my first one (before the delay issue), which has now been "released" and therefore I cannot cancel it. It now has the same fate as my first cashout (this second one was more than twice as big).

They have been very, very fast in replying to my emails for sure (much less than 24 hours for each response), but of course, nothing of substance has occurred.

I just want my money.
