Geez your right, this guy plays this very different. I don't call here as there are way too many hands your behind. If he called with 33 or 99 your 3-1 on the flop and 4-1 on the turn. If he had J10 you'd be in a better spot on the flop, but hurting on the turn. His over bet + range = hard laydown
