Netteller on FTP

I thought i'd post about this here instead of the FTP forums because this is busier (and because there support page isn't loading).

So anyways i have a netteller account and i want to withdraw from FTP. When i go to the cashier and click withdraw i get 5 or 6 options for methods of withdrawal and netteller is one of them. But there doesn't appear to be anything to select that option.

Do i have to register an account with them or something? Do i have to deposit first?

You will have to make an initial deposit via neteller in order to make withdrawals via an e-wallet.
