Betting TP all 3 streets against fish
Just need a checkup: are these both super-standard?
Hand 1: Villain is something like 35/7, but moderately aggressive postflop. The table coach has been arguing with him for the past 5 minutes; not sure if that affects his play in any way. $10.00 BB (10 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com SB ($902.28) BB ($990.00) UTG ($785.32) UTG+1 ($1408.50) Hero ($1039.50) MP1 ($250.44) MP2 ($1054.50) MP3 ($1172.00) CO ($1049.00) Button ($975.00) Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. UTG calls $10, 1 fold, Hero raises to $40, 7 folds, UTG calls $30. River: ($715) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) UTG checks, Hero bets $449.93 Hand 2: Villain is unknown, which combined with his c/c 3 times so far indicates likely fishiness. Converter screwed up preflop; I raised to 30 and he called. A on river makes this easier, but what do you do if river is, say, 2/3 instead of A? What if it's K/Q? 3rd spade? $10.00 BB (4 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com UTG ($411.92) Button ($855.73) SB ($889.50) Hero ($1292.81) Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. 2 folds, SB completes, Hero bets $40, SB calls $20. Re: Betting TP all 3 streets against fish
first one is fine.
second one, I think I prefer betting 2/3 pot here or so, but that can definately change with any sort of read. |

Re: Betting TP all 3 streets against fish
both are standard. Second one is great if villain thinks that you are bluffing a busted draw and will call with JT.
For the second hand, I will be value betting against almost anyone if they check to me regardless of the card. Probably 300. |
