Default 500NL: To Raise River or Not?

I don't have PT so no stats. Villain is fairly tight preflop. Don't have much reads except this hand about 30 minutes ago.

He(UTG) minraise to 10, I(UTG+1)3bet QQ to 35, all fold, he calls. Flop is JT7 with 2 spades, I bet 55, he min check raises to 110, I call. turn is 6d, he bets 150 into 290, I shove, 250 more for him. He showed JJ.

On to the hand, all folds to villian who completes, I check my BB with 9h4h. Flop is 883 2 hearts, he leads 10, I raised to 40, he min3bet to 70, I call. Turn is 2h, he checks and I check behind (should I bet here?). River is Qd, he leads 80 into 150 and I have 440 left, hero....

Is calling flop 3 bet horrible? Is checking behind on turn horrible? Is raising river horrible? I am confused.

Bet turn, possibly fold to check raise. As played, make it 220 and fold to a shove.
