Default Cardrunner problems (upgrading)

Hi
I just tried to upgrade my account to Goldmember, but i just got an error message after i entered my credit card number.

I dont know if i payed now or not?!?

Can someone from the Cardrunners team confirm me if the 130 dollars were booked when i got the error message or not.

Pretty upset..paid (or not) for something i didnt get...

i had exactly the same problem. v frustrating. would have thought that an important problem like this would have been sorted by now tbh.
i had to just outright buy CTS's vid in the end while i wait to see what the hell is happening. interstingly this payment did work.
still waiting now. u sud prob email them tho if u want the best answers.

I think they are going to be able to reply to you very promptly since:

A) you provide the details of the account you are talking about, and
B) This is the card runners support forums.

I can't really do anything if I don't know your username on CR. Also, emailing admin@cardrunners.com is more efficient than posting here since it's easy for our staff to overlook topics on these forums. We do monitor the major CR thread regularly.

OK I've been mailing for a bit but no response. Signed up and paid and got a receipt in my e-mail but my username and password are apparently incorrect. Signed up as rjacobs003....anyone from CR out there?

ok, i've looked into the account and im not quit sure what the problem is. Im gunna need a little more info. What operating system are you using? And what browser are you using? Also what is the credit card number you used to sign up with? It could just be a problem with the processing server not sending the payment info to the main server, but I cant know for sure with out the info.
