Default (3.40) 2 Hands im not sure

Hi again,

here are two hands im thinking about:

Button (t4918)
SB (t984)
BB (t2955)
UTG (t2830)
Hero (t1733)
CO (t1580)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t1733</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls t1733, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

2.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (5 handed) pokerhand.org hand converter

SB (t2210)
BB (t1875)
UTG (t4350)
MP (t5010)
Hero (t1555)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls t200, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t1555</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP calls t1355.

I think the first Hand is played well? But im not sure with the second one. Should i fold and wait for a better spot?
By raising im commited to the pot. So i think a open-push is better. Is this [censored]?

thx

Hand 1 is standard. Hand 2 I sometimes make this play when villain limps alot. If villain raises or folds most hands then I fold here. I think it's borderline.

Just be aware that when he calls with A2o the 2 is coming on the river.

Villain limped a lot so i decided to push this.
i think in future i just fold this and wait for a better spot to put my chips in. Its close.

1st hand is fine. 2nd hand after a limp u need a slightly better hand than A9o. U say villain limped a lot but have u seen him also fold to a large reraise?

he folded 2 times before to a reraise, but not this time
A9 is normally not in my pushing range in such situations, but he played very loose.
