Id lead river.

As played, the only worse hand he will call a raise with is QJ (unless he is godawful terrible), so Im not sure there is a great deal of value in raising this. Id be pretty sure I have the best hand when I called, but he shouldnt really call with worse so no real value in raising.

I lead turn some of the time, but not 100%. I always lead this river. Too much danger of him checking behind.

but what is your raise amount in the river?

I bet out this river instead of checking for 4.5. I don't know how often i raise this river, because he isn't calling a big raise with much we beat. QJ, AK, and that's about it. I guess i would just call his river bet.
