Caught the fight on last night's replay...very entertaining. Artie just sounds like he is looking for an excuse to quit. At this point, I'd be surprised if he's still there when 2009 rolls around.

I'm probably biased because I'm an Entourage superfan, but today's interview with Kevin and Adrian was outstanding. It's almost unfair how well they live. Also, I've been told that I look like Kevin, so it gives me the tiniest glimmer of hope that I could get a 19 year old that looks like this:

I'm not a big Entourage fan (but I've seen several episodes times). Was it just me, or was Adrian the worst interview ever? He did nothing but give one word answers. Howard had to totally carry the conversation. The other guy (Turtle, I think) was a great guest. He had some great stories, he told them well, and he actually gave specific names and facts, instead of just vaugue answers. You could tell that Howard was getting pissed at that Adrian guy.

Yeah, Adrian didn't give much, though I thought he opened up quite a bit about threesomes and the women he's been with recently. I didn't think Adrian was any more tight-lipped than 90% of the celebrities that come in there, though. Kevin (E from Entourage) was a great guest in every way, and I'm impressed with the women he's been able to get.

Seriously. It's like he knows he would be nuts to quit, yet he'd love to get fired.

I often wonder the same thing. Partially, I think it is because he has a soft spot for Artie.

However, I suspect the real reason is that he doesn't want to go through another spell like the one he endured when Jackie left. There was an empty void without Jackie in that chair, one that came across the airwaves loud and clear. The show sounded dead without Martling.

Craig Gast had his moments, but it was ultimately Artie who administered the breath of life that saved what seemed to be a dying show.

It's been a long time since I have heard Howard Stern. So you are saying he is funny now?

[/ QUOTE ]

Go [censored] yourself. You are not any cooler for your little half ass gaywad insult. If I was a mod I would ban you for life and give you superaids.

[/ QUOTE ]

So then you're saying that Howard is not funny now?

Gotta love the chutzpah exhibited by Artie while "reaching out" to Richard and Sal.

[ QUOTE ]
Artie noted that he gets treated better than (and paid more than) Sal and Richard because he's smarter, funnier, and “better at every aspect of this business.” Artie said it wasn't his problem - just something Sal and Richard were going to have to deal with privately.

[/ QUOTE ]

I was really loling when Richard started to cry. I gotta admit, though, that it made me feel kinda uncomfortable to hear it. Also, Artie's comment on Sal trying to compare a three minute film about Robin's tw*t to Beer League was pure gold.

The show has really been on fire lately.

BTW, could somebody fill me in on Gary's dislike for Gina Gershon? I heard last weeks stuff multiple times, but I only caught a few seconds of her appearance on the Wrap-Up Show. I have searched all over the place, but I keep coming up dry.
