Default 15/30 BB minimum hands?

Got this player who likes to raise and steal blinds, I folded away 45o, 73s, T3s, 68o on the BB, what kind of hand do u guys call on the BB against a blind stealer?

If I want to stop a regular from constantly stealing my blinds I don't call with anything. I 3-bet with anything and usually bet, 3-bet any flop. I may win or I may lose but it'll stop him in short order. If it's a stranger that I don't have to put up with for the long term I just play it straight and toss all those hands you've mentioned also.

Meh, I don't know, I guess it depends on how I view these players and how they view me. But I'll say this: I NEVER win in these spots w/ the small suited connectors. I mean they should win once in a while shouldn't they? Not for me they don't.

They never will if you'll continue trying to make a hand instead of trying to win a pot.

I like to flop a pair... then let him bluff bet the whole way... turn over bottom pair, don't even wait for his hand to be called out, and yell SHIP IT

I dont play live but in online midstakes I will be calling all of those hands against most CO and button raises. I will be calling or 3-betting 70-75% of my hands.

Against a SB open raise I call or 3-bet 100%.

I also strongly disagree that 3-betting everything you want to play preflop is the optimal play.

Pick up Stox book if you want good advice on which hands to play in blind steal situations.

Another option is to check out some coaching vids by DeathDonkey in the DC forum. He is pretty expert.

Maybe you should play in casinos where they don't stack the deck every hand and the flop can have a good texture to bluff on.
