Default UB deposit

Tried using debit card a couple of days ago. Message came up Pre-Authorized but no money is deposited into your acct. With a number to call for explanation and e-mail address also. Waited on hold forever. Gave up. E-mailed them twice no reply. Anyone know what this means. Debit card doesn't work with gambling sights now or something else? I have used the same card before with no problems about 2 months ago.

yeah, your purchase was "pre authorized", meaning that you have to talk to them in person before they take out the money out of your debit card. Last time i called them, it took 15 minutes to finally speak to a indian speaking dude. I would try and call them back, and just wait till they pick up the phone.
