I would like to just call this river.

If villain is typical, he will only be raising with AAxx here, seeing as how he's in the BB. If you've got a read that he'll raise it up with less than this from the BB, a raise becomes OK, but a call would still probably be fine.

I figured AA and JJ were unlikely especially JJ. Turns out he hit the case Jack. So in hindsight I should have just called. I think villain leads AA here 95% of the time and JJ just seemed odd which is why I raised.

I probably raise preflop. I think flop and turn are good. River is a bit thin, I would only do this if I thought he often had 89 here and paid off way too loose.

Yeah his river bet reeks of strength. I also tend to put most people that raise out of the blinds at this level (unless they are splashing around) on a big pair, so I think river is a crying call, definitely not a raise.

Flop and Turn I like.
