Default Grimmstaring with AQ shorthanded

2/4 bodizzle, 5 handed
button has been min raising alot, and I have been 3 betting him pretty much anytime he does this on the button or when I have position with playable holdings. I am sure that the bb has noticed this.

button has 300, bb 400, I cover

Hero,in the sb, is dealt AQo
2 folds, button raises to 8, hero raises to 28, bb raises to 70, button folds, hero shoves...

Terrible?

I wouldn't make a habbit of it, I do sometimes against regulars to try to catch them off guard a bit... but it's far from terrible

bb is tight and solid, and has yet to show a bluff or anything that would convince me otherwise. I figured he would not play for stacks with AK.

Why would you ever want to grimstarr with AQ? It's in the top 50% of hands?

trying to make people fold AK isnt the time to 5-bet shove AQ. the time to 5-bet shove AQ is when you know their 4-bet range is light enough that AQ is probably a dominating winner against their range.
