Default San Deigo dealers

I'm still looking at relocating to SD, can anyone tell me what the toke rates are like at the casinos out there? Any info on benefits would help greatly too.

Also, are dealer positions usually available? I have BJ, Roulette, Craps, Poker, and will probably add Pai-Gow poker by the time I'm ready to go. Accustomed to AC casinos.

Southern California players are generally sick tippers. Standard at a 4-8 game is $2-$3 for a small to average sized pot.

Thanks DT -

I want to bump this again to see if anyone else can add anything. I've found info hard to come by in regards to dealing out that way.

Anything at all would help - where the nice spots are, are dealer jobs difficult to get, benefits, housing, where can I get good sushi, whatever. I know the weather's awesome and things tend to be a little more expensive than in NJ. Plus they have a big zoo and some military installations - but that's all I know.

There can't be a better place to deal. It doesn't have the culture of dealer abuse the LA casinos have, nor the culture of nitness that Vegas has (among the locals), nor really even the habit of preferring attractive girls over otherwise better qualified people.
