Default Fairly Common Spot OOP 2/4

2/4 6 handed ish
Stacks 450

3 limpers, hero completes in sb with A9s, bb checks.

Flop 2 6 9 rainbow (pot 20)
Hero bets 14, bb min raises to 28...

What line is best and why?

can't see myself ever folding flop here without a super specific read. judging by the pot size in op i'm guessing he raised not completed pf, anyway i would call the flop and probably call the turn too. dry board without many 2pr combos i think he has to have exactly 22/66 to beat you. if he bets the river again tho i'd give credit cause not many ppl who min-raise the flop here are going to bet turn and river without a better hand.

fold flop because its bb. If another player raises, you can rule out 2 pair usually, so then you'd call and see what happens on turn.

call flop, but check/fold turn unless we improve for reasons below
1. limped pot and BB is min-raising us with 3 people to act behind him, he most likey has 2 pair here.
2. even if we have him beat we are left guessing since we are playin out of position in unraised pot and overs will most likely drop on turn/river.

Folding is ok, or calling and b/f safe turn for about $35.

You can fold flop to passives, fold to any kind of real turn bet vs. most others
