Default Odds of a set being out there?

Potentially stupid question...

Approximately what are the odds that someone has flopped a set in an OH game where four or five people are regularly seeing a flop for limps?

A buddy of mine with AKKx flopped AQy with the nut flush draw, and we were discussing whether there's value in getting money in on this flop. How often a set is against you dramatically affects that...

With that hand, I would say that if he were the preflop raiser, it would definitely be worth a bet.
