it's for new accounts only. other than that i think you have to contact csd@pinnacle and wsex and mention EOG somehow

If you still haven't receive your funds, try withdrawing again. I did that and within 10 minutes, funds hit my account. Odd thing was the second time I withdrew, I left an extra dollar in the account. The withdrawal was for the first amount so it may have been a coincidence. When I withdrew the second time, it still said this is your one free withdrawal so worth a try.

I emailed EOG and they told me that it's not for new accounts only.
