I hope he loses the WHOLE contract, then has to sign with the Royals for 4 million for one year.
That's what he gets for OPTING out of 11 MILLION a year for three years with the Dodgers.

[/ QUOTE ] lol, who guaranteed his health? also, nobody has once said he 'failed' his physical. this reeks of the red sox usuing a prior injury (or sketchy MRI) to lessen the back end of the deal. drew looked quite powerfull in sepetember fwiw...he could have effed himself up in the LDS though.

How am I stupid?
If his Red Sox contract is voided, he can't go back and get his Dodgers contract back, one which he USED to be locked into. He could seriously be forced to sign a one year deal somewhere like Pittsburgh or Atlanta.
