PT isn\'t retrieving all the hands?

Hello, all.

I just played about 500 hands on Full Tilt and PT shows that I played about 300. I suspected that it happened before, but I never kept firm track to be sure.

Does anyone know why this would be happening, and is there any way to retrieve the lost hand histories?
