i raise all PPs utg.... set mining is kinda obvious, plus it gives us another way to win the pot as we appear strong. Thats the way i play, but i think its perfectly reasonable to limp small PPs.

The problem with not raising PF with 99 is that u don't know what villain is holding, only that he has a raising hand. You have hand that could be an overpair to the flop, but you have no idea whether villain is ahead or behind, unless u flop a set, therefore you are going to struggle oop on low flops with this line.


i dont like the c/r, it creates a larger pot when oop with a hand that can't stand much heat. I think a c/c on flop and turn is much better, folding if an A or K hits

onoble, your thought process is off here. You want to either win the pot or see a SD. c/r is not the way to do that.
