I didn't mention this (though i think its somewhat to be expected) - but i would expect this player to bet out his big pairs on the flop. Do you think 99 can be pushed profitably in this spot? [/ QUOTE ] You should check behind this flop w/ 99. I guess if I bet it and he check/raised after 3-betting me preflop I might feel compelled to get it in, it might be terrible though.

no, and the new stack a donk line should be 3 bet pf then c/r the flop w/ a big hand cause no one folds anything.
