What site has lowest limit HU NL cash?

I want start playing HU cash, both to improve my hand-reading/BvB play in ring games and to make money. I don't want to start at the limits I normally play ring games (NL$100/NL$200), because I'd really like some HU experience before I play for money that matters to me.

Is there anyplace with NL$10 or NL$25 HU cash tables? Would the rake just eat me alive?

I'm in Germany, so can open an account almost anywhere.

Also any videos or good threads on switching from ring games to HU would be much appreciated.

Full Tilt has a $300/$600 NL heads up cash game.

I think the lowest limit for HU cash is 10$ at Everest Poker. Full Tilt starts at 100$ buy in.
The players at Everest are so bad, so I think the rake should not be a problem for you.
