Re: AJ from CO against river donk
I call it. Maybe that crazy calling station has had a beer tonight and decided to bluff for once. BB is probably calling with a Jack but outkicked.
Don't confuse stats w/ reads. I've played against plenty of players w/ low AF's who will try to represent scare cards like this. I think you have to call this river. |

I call it HU.
I call it 3 way and hate it. Then go read the secion on overcalls in SSH and tell myself I won't do that again. Then I do it again. Of course, we all know the truth is that BB has put the donker on a weak Jack, and hero on a big Jack, so he knows that if he raises he will knock them both out. Instead he goes for the overcall like a champ and gets and extra bb. NOT! Although, if BB does happen to play for overcalls with a big hand here, that might be noteworthy. |

Re: AJ from CO against river donk
Fold and close your eyes - then you won't see the outcome!
Is that for real, 0.05/0.10 and five folds to the CO - I thought .5/1 was tight... |

[/ QUOTE ] That's an acquired read, though, not something I'm simply going to assume an unknown bumpkin will do. I mean, I know 6-year olds who've read Shakespeare, but I can pretty safely assume that most of them haven't. |
