Origin of term "Sklansky Dollars" or "Sklansky Bucks"

Did this originate in one of DS's publications or from elsewhere? I don't recall reading it offhand and I own most everything he wrote. A couple of us are scratching our heads in another forum. Please note book & page # if possible. The subject came up in Jman's Bluff mag article.
