Default Does Doyle\'s Room support even exist?

I signed up for a new Doyle's Room account recently and had a couple of question so I emailed support. I recieved an "auto-response" saying that support receieved my email, they are busy, and will get back to me as soon as they can.

Three days pass and no reply. So I email them again, get another auto-response email, and now five days after that they still have not replied to either email. I don't have my spam filter on so that isn't an issue. It amazes me how dreadful as a whole online poker room's support is considering the amount of money they rake.

I'm still waiting for my response too (got the auto response already)...I cant even access my account. It's been almost a week. Yes, I've checked my spam filter.

Live chat works well and I never had trouble in the past when I emailed them.
